About

Guesthouse TripleB is a small boutique property in Noord, a few blocks inland from the Palm Beach strip. The #10 ranking among Noord B&Bs comes with perfect scores across sleep quality, rooms, service, and value—rare unanimity in a sample of six reviews. The five-star rating is backed by subratings that don't dip below 4.8. At $550 a night and a stated room count of 100, the pricing sits in luxury territory, though the intimate, boutique feel suggests the scale may be smaller in practice. Beach access runs through a shuttle rather than a direct walk. The party score is mild at 3 out of 10, and the walkability score is low at 2—you'll want a car or rely on arranged transport. It's not adults-only, but the kid-friendly score hovers at 3, so families with young children might find better fits elsewhere. The perfect sleep and room scores suggest the property nails the details that matter inside the four walls.

Arubiana Inn

Arubiana Inn sits in Noord, inland from the high-rise strip, and runs closer to a small hotel than a true B&B despite the category tag. The #1 ranking among inns in Noord comes from the service and value subratings, both at 4.3 — staff attention seems to carry the experience more than the rooms themselves, which clock in at 3.9. Location scores lower at 3.7, which tracks; you're not walking to beaches from here, though a shuttle runs guests over. The property holds around 100 rooms, so it's intimate by Aruba resort standards but not tiny. No casino, no all-inclusive package, no swim-up bars — the vibe skews quiet and boutique rather than activity-driven. The typical nightly rate around $350 suggests middle-tier pricing that aligns with the $$ marker, and the value rating implies guests feel they're getting what they pay for. If you want a lower-key base and don't mind the shuttle dependency, this works.

Aruba Boutique Apartments - Adults Only

Aruba Boutique Apartments sits in Noord, a short drive inland from the high-rise strip at Palm Beach. The adults-only policy keeps things calm, and the #1 ranking among Noord specialty lodging tracks with those perfect 5.0s in sleep quality and value — guests aren't paying resort prices but they're getting apartment-style space and kitchen setups that make longer stays easier. Back-to-back Travelers Choice awards in 2025 and 2026 point to consistency. The subratings are tight across the board: 4.9 for rooms and cleanliness, 4.8 for location (inland means quieter but you'll want a car), and 4.9 for service. The 170 reviews suggest steady traffic from people who wanted something off the beach but still polished. If you're looking for a pool bar and nightly entertainment, this isn't it. If you want a clean apartment with good AC and helpful hosts in a residential part of Noord, it does what it says.

Aruba Palms Escape Suites

Aruba Palms Escape Suites is in Noord, a few blocks inland from the high-rise strip, which keeps it quieter without putting you far from the beaches. The #3 ranking among Noord's specialty lodging tracks with what the numbers say: service and cleanliness both hit 4.8, and rooms score 4.7. That combination doesn't happen by accident at the mid-to-upper price tier. The sleep quality and value subratings suggest they're doing more than the basics — likely full kitchens, separate living areas, the kind of setup that matters if you're staying more than a few nights. The location score sits at 4.2, which is fair for Noord: you're not on the sand, but you're close to both Palm Beach and the restaurants along the main road. Service consistently shows up as the standout here. If you want a small property that runs tight and doesn't feel like a chain, this one delivers.

Restaurants nearby

Palm Beach

Pancake Factory

Pancake Factory sits on the Palm Beach strip, and the name is literal — pancakes dominate the menu, though you'll also find omelets, sandwiches, and a few dinner plates. The 4.8 rating across 125 reviews puts it at #26 in Noord, and the subratings hold steady: perfect atmosphere score, high marks for food and service, strong value at the mid-range price tier. The draw is straightforward breakfast and lunch done well, with portion sizes that justify the price and a casual setup that works for families. International and American standards fill out the rest of the menu, but most tables have at least one stack. Lines form on weekends, especially mid-morning, and they don't take reservations — first-come seating only. If you're staying nearby and want a reliable morning meal without the resort markup, this is the move. Just expect to wait if you arrive after 9.

Noord

Zucchini Restaurant Aruba

Zucchini sits inland in Noord, a few minutes from the high-rise strip but removed from the tourist crunch. The menu pulls from Italian, Mediterranean, and Greek traditions without locking into any single lane, and the kitchen delivers — the 4.5 food rating matches the overall score, which isn't common at this price tier. The restaurant earned a 2025 Travelers' Choice nod and ranks #59 out of 316 in the Oranjestad area, a solid showing for a mid-priced spot that isn't beachfront. The vibe is casual, the kind of place where kids are welcome and you're not expected to dress up. Service and value both rate above four, meaning plates arrive without drama and the bill doesn't sting. If you're rotating through resort restaurants and want something different without gambling on a random storefront, this is the move.

Oranjestad

Camara De Lobos Bar and Grill

Camara De Lobos sits inside The Marketplace Aruba on Lloyd G. Smith Boulevard in downtown Oranjestad, serving Portuguese and South American steakhouse fare in a casual setup. The perfect scores across food, service, and value from 37 reviewers suggest consistent execution — not common at a mid-priced spot in a shopping center. The #79 ranking in a town with over 300 dining options backs that up. The menu leans Portuguese-inflected, which means grilled meats done simply and well, plus South American influences that show up in the sides and marinades. It's the kind of place where you can bring kids without adjusting your own order, and the atmosphere rating of 4.8 means they've figured out how to make a marketplace stall feel like an actual restaurant. Walk-ins work. Cash and card both accepted. If you're shopping or passing through Oranjestad and want something more substantial than the waterfront tourist traps, this delivers without ceremony.

Beaches nearby

Noord

Hadicurari Beach

Hadicurari sits between Palm Beach and Malmok on the northwest coast, where the hotel strip gives way to open sand and steady wind. Locals call it Fisherman's Huts — the low-rise pier and a handful of shacks are still here, though these days they mostly serve the windsurfers and kitesurfers who show up for the reliable cross-shore breeze. The #9 ranking in Noord reflects what it does well: space, fewer crowds than the high-rise beaches a quarter-mile south, and conditions that work whether you're on a board or just wading. The 4.3 rating holds across 68 reviews, which is decent for a beach that doesn't try to be everything. If you're not into wind sports, Hadicurari still works as a walk-and-watch spot — the kites are up most afternoons, and the water stays shallow for a long stretch. Parking is informal. Shade is limited. It's quieter than Palm Beach, busier than the wild northeastern coast.

Oranjestad

Governor's Bay Beach

Governor's Bay Beach sits along the waterfront boulevard in downtown Oranjestad, a quick walk from the cruise terminal and harbor shops. It's a small city beach — more local hangout than resort destination — with calm water and a narrow strip of sand backed by pavement and parking. The #35 ranking out of 61 attractions in Oranjestad puts it in the middle of the pack, and the 4.3 rating from a handful of reviews suggests it works fine for what it is: a convenient place to cool off if you're already in town. The appeal is access. No resort gatekeeping, no chairs-and-umbrellas upsell, just open waterfront. Families bring picnics, office workers stop by on lunch breaks, and cruise passengers sometimes duck in before boarding. The water is shallow and protected, though you're looking at the harbor and container ships rather than open horizon. If you're expecting powder-soft sand and turquoise perfection, head west to Eagle Beach. If you're in Oranjestad and want ten minutes in the water, this does the job.
