The answer
Aruba sits just below the hurricane belt and gets very few storms even in peak Caribbean hurricane season. Trade winds blow steadily year-round, which keeps it comfortable. Peak season is mid-December through mid-April — sunny, dry, breezy, expensive, and crowded. Shoulder seasons (May, late October–early December) bring better deals and slightly more humidity but still mostly great weather. September and October are the rainiest months (often brief afternoon showers, not all-day rain). January and February are the coolest and breeziest; August and September the warmest.
